You Deserve a Second Chance
With a Pardon, You Can Have One
New Oklahoma Pardon Rules
As of 9/21/2021, more people are eligible for a pardon than ever before
If you received a deferred sentence, you may now be eligible for a pardon for the first time ever.
(In the past, deferred sentences were ineligible for pardons.)
If you have successfully completed at least 5 years of an ongoing probation or parole sentence, you are now likely eligible for a pardon.
(In the past, you had to completely discharge your sentence to be eligible.)
If you apply and are denied a pardon, you have to wait 3 years before you can apply again.
(In the past, you only had to wait 1 year after a denial to apply again.)
Did you know that no one in your home can own a firearm after you’re convicted of a felony?
Restoring your rights with a pardon benefits you AND your loved ones.
Enjoy hunting trips with your kids, grandkids and friends again.
Protect yourself and your loved ones in an emergency.
Move beyond your past mistakes, once and for all.
Benefits of a Pardon
After a felony conviction, it can be really difficult to find a decent job. You may not be able to find any work at all, or you may have to work more than one job just to make ends meet.
The good news is, there may be something you can do about it. A pardon can help you:
Restore firearm ownership rights
Get business and professional licenses
Ability to hold public office
Have better employment opportunities
Can make it quicker to get an expungement for a non-violent felony conviction
Only way to get an expungement if you have 3 or more felony convictions
